Going for a graduate cert. in Autism/Behav Sci.

Well, I have ants in my pants, and just cant seem to sit still these days. I am going to get my graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science. Basically, I will end up with qualifications to be an Instructor Therapist in working with autistic people and kids, and their families. Its cool because there is a clinical field placement, so I can gain direct hands-on experience. Basically, you are working with ABA (applied behaviour analysis) and IBI (Intensive Behaviour Intervention). I am going to have to brush up on some of my analytical lab skills, like using the recording skills of ABA.

Jay - I respect what you're doing.

I could NEVER go back to school or even study anything.

It sounds like what you're studying to do could help families enormously. Bravo for you Jay.

Luv, Kath

PS - I am feeling off balance lately & couldn't even make myself listen to the words of the song you posted the link for, let alone figure out what I thought of them etc. sorry.

xoxo K
