I find I am very careful about at what point I'll turn the radio off these days, lest the last song heard lingers too long in my brain. Too bad we can't choose the earworms that take up residence!

maybe a tad better. not quite as much suicidal ideation. sleep- weeeelllll not last night, but I just had a 2hour nap.
