Happy Easter Phillipa!

He's a guru (He chants.), worships Krishna, and his beliefs are Hindu, I believe; foreign to me.

My PCP, alongside his suggestion I rid self of pain-relieving meds, thinks practicing his techniques and beliefs will aid me in living w/ pain.

I'd utube if could, but can't afford upgrade from dial-up. Hoping some1 knows of a CD preferably.

thank you, 5f

and: Ya' think this post belongs somewhere else Phillipa?

Well, I never heard of this guy, but I learned meditative techniques to help with my own pain. Often, they're presented as something just called mindfulness training. Meditation lite. Try doing a search on mindfulness and pain. I'm sure you'll come up with some useful sites.

Best,
Lar
