Hey everyone
I wake up, even in my dreams, i have been having dreams about highways, big highways with BIG overpasses you know turnpikes? well in my dreams i have these people critize me, i feel confused in my dreams, if i take the wrong overpass i will get lost and go somewhere i feel i lost. I wake up, for the 1st 30min i am "no one" i wake up and want to stay in bed. Because im so afraid of life!
Then BOOM! im someone else, i ready to kick some *ss! its like im a little kid lost in a rain storm, then turn into a power suit. I totally change. But you know the main thing, i am really a lost kid in a rain storm....
I have put on this persona that i am the most popular person to compsiate for this emptyness, well i have many sides that come out during the day to help me cope.
But when im at collage, work, im confident and kinda forget about what i was feeling when i woke up. But the thruth is i wake up miserably, and have to get out of it, and move on with life. You know? But i dont let that spookyness get to me in the mornings, i move on because we have to move on if your going to make progress? right? by the way im still confused about what my career is....
Any therpists? people know how to talk about this?

Maybe you shouldn't ignore it. Sometimes making progress is examining what's wrong. I'm not a therapist, though maybe a few sessions of therapy to look at talk about those feelings might help?

I didn't get into my current career until I was 29, so don't be too hard on yourself! It took that long for me to actually commit to something because of my depression and self esteem issues. I believe you will get there too though! Hang in there!
