But what they're measuring may not be what comes to mind when using the word "freak" in the first place...

Barely outside of one standard deviation in favor of freakiness. I'm just a little freaky.
I KNEW I should have listened to more Parliament. Forget Rick James (most people have) -- if you want to be a freak, then listen to George Clinton.
