Even went to bed an hour earlier but the whole day is over as I still slept til internal regular time which is much too late. I hate it the day is over. Love Phillipa

until about 12:30 (new time). even though the computer told me different. silly absent minded me, i thought the switch was tonight! (and, i actually got up earlier then, i think? that used to be the good part of living in indiana, no clock to change, ever! i hate switching that blasted clock)

You know, it takes me about 2 days to recover from the time change each and every time. I just feel a little tired for about 2 days.

I forced myself to get up after only sleeping 5 or 6 hours because I went to bed late last night and I figured I should just suffer a little today with the goal of being back on schedule on Monday.
