I am having serious trouble concentrating on work, and I think it will help if I just take the internet cord out of my computer, unless I need it for work.
Soooo....
If you can't get a hold of me, hope I've been able to settle my restless brain into the work rut. It's really hard because whenever I get too much on my plate, I get overwhelmed and find it almost impossible to focus. Right now I'm getting three to four calls a day, all wanting different things. And my brain just can't handle that.
Soooo....
I'm pulling out the internet cord, and maybe the phone too, since I know what everyone's calling about, and it really doesn't help me to get the pressure.
I'll plug it back in once a day after I get xxx number of hours in, so I'll be around occasionally (if I get xxx hours in).
I promised my therapist and was supposed to do it today, but I'm a screwup.

depending on how long it's unplugged for, she might have a lot of reading to do.
I hate when I don't check in for days & then there's SO much reading to do.
In reading the posts on a 'thread' is there a quick way to get from the one you're on to the next one?

While I've been very good with the internet, and will continue to be, my mind appears to be very flexible in finding diversion.
