She's been ill. Racer's never been afraid of a good "discussion" -- I miss her too.

I feel bad for Racer. Say hi to her from me if she's unable to be at the computer. Love Phillipa

Hi Phillipa,
Namasté is a Hindi word whose meaning can be described in several ways. Some examples:--I honor the place in you
in which the entire Universe dwells,
I honor the place in you
which is of Love, of Truth, of Light and of Peace,
When you are in that place in you,
and I am in that place in me,
we are One.-Namaste is used as a greeting or upon parting, by putting the palms of the hands together in prayer position. It means, “I honor the Spirit in you which is also in me.” This, of course, is also a way of saying, “I recognize that we are all equal.”
-Namasté: A Sanskrit word meaning The Light of God in Me recognizes and honors The Light of God in You and in that recognition is our Oneness.
More about it and how it can be used in yoga practice here:

Thanks for asking.

Aren't they lovely meanings? It makes me feel peaceful just reading them. I think I'll write them on a paper & leave it around, just to read it when I' down.
thx, Kath

Something else came up which is getting in the way of her feeling up to being online, but she's tough and hanging in there. I'm looking forward to her return.
I've passed on everyone's kind words when I've spoken with her. It's very sweet of y'all.
