I am basking in the findings of "normal".
My grown, on her own daughter's visit with me this weekend. Shopping, lunch out, laughing to our DVD sections for a Saturday night. Little things, "normal" things.... wonderful things!

Thank you so...
You WILL get there.
I never take recovery for granted but I'm finally at the point I can enjoy it and not angst it will go away - I do still stay very much in respect for the impact of my illness. Previously agoraphobic, filled with dread, sad, ruminating, and devoid of motivation and drive - well, I'm very blessed and grateful for right now.

I have been very fortunate to find a good chemical enhancement for myself. It has allowed me to make some good life changes and do some good work. I'm very lucky.
Thanks for your kind words!!
