I'm doing alright. I have a lot of studying to do and I've been procrastinating quite a lot. I will be ok. I'm really looking forward to a possible trip to San Diego to meet babblers in May.

Yeah, how are things going with you? It meant so much to me to see your post above. I was like, I can always rely on Deneb to offer comfort. You have a deep heart.
I'd really love to meet you someday. We're so far apart though! Maybe someday I'll get to visit Canada. I would love that.
So are things any better at home? Believe me when I say I understand how hard it is to live with a difficult mother. I went through hell with mine. My biggest realization in that area was when I realized I don't HAVE to have my Mom's approval. She's human just like me, and has her own hangups just like me. It sounds simple, but to REALLY believe that, and not feel ashamed about how your mom percieves you, is way easier said than done. You don't even realize you're doing it. Its just ingrained in you. The best thing that ever happened to our relationship was for me to stop living with her.
Let us know how you're doing. You're one of my favorite babblers you know! Be strong, there's people out here routing for you!
