short days twisted thoughts

okay everyone
we have three more weeks of the days getting shorter
this is a rough time for everyone
if it is sunny out, even if it is cold, spend some time sitting in the sun
put up some lights
watch funny movies
don't watch too much tv
cuddle up with a blanket and a book and a cup of tea
if your mornings are rough -- remember, we are meant to be hibernating
hang in there
