Out of nowhere an invisible elephant set down on my chest and I can feel it going up to my right ear. Thank goodness I have some Xanax, as Valium doesn't work for one of these. I only have about once a month. Very uncomfortable. How would a person doesn't understand psych stuff NOT think they're having a heart attack. My mother's on a heart med that works like a benzo, so how would she know? Goin' to get the Xanax. Just needed to share. Bad me.

On a positive note you recognize it's a panic attack that you've had before and has all the same symptoms. Take your xanax and get back to us on how you're doing. Love Phillipa
