I'm going to try to keep the things that upset me down to a minimum. Lately I've been upset more frequently than I would like.
It's going to take some self discipline on my part.
I'm going to
1.) Study
2.) Stop participating in threads that upset me
3.) Stop posting at other place that sometimes upsets me
4.) Stop thinking about exclusion
5.) Remind myself that Bob cares
6.) Hold Meow Meow who has Bob essence
7.) Exercise everydayDeneb*

So what happened about those exams that you had been avoiding and felt you were going to fail?
Have they happened yet?
What kind of celestial body is Deneb? Star? Maybe I can google it.

Deneb is a supergiant star in the constellation Cygnus and is the intrinsically brightest star of its kind in our galaxy.

I'm getting upset because of what is happening on admin. I don't know what to do. I have to keep myself safe from things that upset me.
I need some hugs. :-(

Admin amazes me. I can't sit still long enough to understand some of the posts, and they are so involved and technical, there is no possibility that I can get to the end of the thread before knee or back pack it in.

I do too. There's a lot of passion and a lot of thought.
Mostly it just bewilders me.

I find admin fascinating. It usually doesn't help my mood though... or my ability to fly....

I find that admin gets me worked up. Sorry if my long convoluted posts are unreadable.
I'll have all of you know that I didn't post another one yesterday. Just because I'm thinking that despite my being incredibly agitated, I shouldn't think people want to wade through a turgid and overly analytical paper.
