It's been five long years... Even though I was on a targeted flight that morning and knew nothing about the falling towers until later that day, I survived. My heart goes out to all of the others who lost loved ones.
I feel like I was spared for no reason. I haven't brought joy to others or to myself. It should have been my plane that went down so that someone who could make a difference survived.

Someone who does make a difference did survive.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and with all those most personally affected by what happened that day.
I know we all were affected...

Wildflower, you make a difference here! Is there anyway you could go out and volunteer your time a little?
My parents are flying back west today and I dont' like it. I know it's just a day, but still, a day with so many bad vibes.

Thank *god* (whatever that means to you). I can't even watch any of that news or "rememberence" stuff without cracking up. Please be well, you live for a reason. I am sure- that kind of coincidence can't be for no reason.> It's been five long years... Even though I was on a targeted flight that morning and knew nothing about the falling towers until later that day, I survived. My heart goes out to all of the others who lost loved ones.
