Plenty of fluids. Plenty of rest. Something for electrolytes, like Gatorade.
Caring hands to hold your hair if needed and press a cold washcloth to your head. You know where to find me.

Sorry if things are extra rough right now.

Hang in there. I'm in the same boat. Fluids are key. I like Larry Hoover's suggestion of a taurine/magnesium (citrate for me) mix. Drink a glass of (ugh) water before you retire.
When the minutes turn to hours tomorrow, I'll be going through the same thing. But, no matter what, if you make it 20 hours, you will begin to feel better. Each additional hour is logthrimic - double, triple, ten times better.
The next day when you're into some 30 odd hours you may feel bad, but be thankful. Sometimes after a drunk, I'm just so thankful I'm not in prison, the hospital, or dead.
best wishes,
Verne

Emmy- hope you had a good time-
i always like a nice carbohydrate-rich bkfast myself. mm french toast and pancakes
the most violent hangovers, however, seem to benefit from a simple cup of weak tea with plenty of sugar.
hydrate! I hate to think abut what dehydrated tofu is like!
((((tofu))))

Thank you for your kindness and understanding, all you's guys.
Hangovers are truly accentuated by florescent lighting, and the sound of file cabinet drawers being slammed. Owie.
