First we cheer on the car jacker involved in a high speed chase (people were standing on the over passes waving at him as he waved back!!!). Now lawyers in a rape case against a pastor are calling one of the accusers, IN COURT, a 'Meth-Ho'!
I was listening to a hip-hop station when they played a very professional newscaster saying "The defense ridiculed the accusers calling one a 'METH - HO'." Everyone fell out laughing and they kept playing it over and over saying, "Play that white woman say 'meth ho' again!" She just said it so professionally, like a garden hoe rather than a 'ho'. It was SO FUNNY!!! I'm a white chic and I still almost wrecked my car from laughing! I mean I feel for the chic and think the whole thing is pretty outragous, but the fact that they would actually say something like that was just so ridiculously hysterical! Plus hearing it stated in such a professional manner!
Here's part of the story:During the seven-day trial in state District Judge Scott Wisch’s court, three women testified that they were raped by Hornbuckle, the 44-year-old founder of Agape Christian Fellowship.
Two accusers — Krystal Buchanan and a woman testifying under the pseudonym Kate Jones — said that Hornbuckle drugged them before sexually assaulting them in 2004. The third woman — who testified using the name Jane Doe — said that Hornbuckle used his position as her pastor to coerce her into having sex at least five times in 2003.
On Tuesday morning, defense attorneys rested their case without calling any witnesses. After lunch, closing arguments began.
Defense attorney Leon Haley quoted scripture and, at times, his fiery delivery seemed more like a sermon than a closing argument.
"Save me, oh Lord, from lying lips and deceitful tongues," Haley said, quoting Psalms 120:2.
At other times, however, Haley’s language was graphic and downright shocking.
He attacked Buchanan’s sexuality and characterized her as a money-grubber who is suing Hornbuckle.
"She is on the hustle just like her stripper girlfriend," Haley told the jury.
Haley also attaked Jane Doe, accusing her of ending the "affair" she had with Hornbuckle because their sex got "a little too freaky."
And he called Kate Jones a "meth ho" who, like all the other accusers, refuses to take responsibility for her bad choices.
Haley made no apologies for any of it.

Anyone else out there think this kind of stuff is weird? Sorry, I just don't buy into it. Here are some words from a great song that are fitting.

Tough-talking hood boys in pro-team logo knock-offs
Conform to uniforms of some corporate entity

Hidden camera coverage from the crime scene to the courtroom
Nail-biting hood boys in borrowed ties and jackets
Clutching at the straws of respectabilityCan't do the time?
Don't do the crime
And wind up in the perp walk on TV
