It's been about a year-and-a-half since I've had one. Or a real Philly hoagie or a chewy soft pretzel. Yo Philly! I miss ya sometimes. But OR is OK, too.

Sorry to be the one to break this news, cheesesteak.
I heard on the radio the other day that the guy who runs the original Phila. cheesesteak place (or his younger brother, to be exact, since the originator had passed on a while ago) died a few weeks ago.
So you'd better hurry, before they forget how to make them.

Oddly enough my vegan sister sent me a cheesesteak from this place, so I can't say if it's authentic because even though she's lives in Phila, she's never eaten one and I've never eaten one in Philadelphia. I thought it was pretty tasty, so I hope it's close enough to satisfy your craving.
What does your kingdom all come with?
