You didn't deserve that. You were just trying to do your job. I'm also sorry I might have gotten your age wrong by a year in the story, but I think the police report had an error. I should have called them to double check though, and I'm sorry I didn't. I respect you, and I did my best. I hope it's better wherever you are now.

Phoenix, this sounds like a lot of intense stress. Is your job usually like this? I mean do you get to cover some more innocent stories too? I tend to get triggered a lot by the types of things you mentioned in your previous post. I could never have your job.
Don't feel bad about getting Jack's age wrong. It's more important to give Jack a voice and to help people understand why his death is meaningful and why his life was precious.
Take care of PhoenixGirl (((((PG)))))

Very stressful indeed. Leave the job at the job if you can. I know this is hard to do. Love Phillipa

Phoenix Girl is this about you? Are you feeling suicidal again? Or is it really a story? Love Phillipa

There are certain jobs out there that some people just can't or won't do. You are providing a public service. You are one of the few who will stand up and make sure the public is informed, rather than being fooled into a faulty sense of security. It can't be easy, but it is necessary, and I for one appreciate your doing it.
