I stayed off for a whole hour, in which time I

mourned the parting of husband
took a bath, washed my hair, put on pink grapefruit lotion
found some clothes to wear
2 sets each 8-12 reps with 10 lb dumbells
military press
bicep curls
french press
plus 27 "girlie" pushups.

What to do what to do...?
If only I had a lawn to mow...

You sound like me. I have to be going somewhere all the time or I end up on the computer. There has to be something to do that is not housework or money related . Only thing is I can't figure out what it is. The sun is blazing down so riding by bike is out. I guess I should be thankdful just to be alive. But sitting in the house is boring. Even the grocery store is better than this. Love Phillipa

Yeah Phillipa,
that sounds just about right.
I just threw out all the rotten food in my fridge.
that deserves a babble-break, right?

my next task is to make a shopping list.

one for food
one for non-food

I bet if you make a list, you can convince yourself to go to the grocery too. I hear that they have nice air conditioning there...!

have a happy afternoon,
love,
ll
p.s. I really like it how you always sign "love, Phillipa". It makes me feel nice inside. Even if the post is not for me, I still like it that you have love to share.
