Jim Caviezel and Dennis Quaid--mmmm mmmm

"Frequency" is on Bravo right now. If you suspend disbelief, it's a touching and thrilling story with lovely scenery.

I used to like J. Cav. But now I see him and he reminds me of the messiah. a most unfortunate association.

That was a neat movie. Dennis Quaid's smile - so devilish!

I love that movie. I found it especially erie because my father passed away many years ago and he loved sci-fi stuff. That movie would have been right up his alley. I just couldn't help but think of him in that role. I guess he's the reason I like sci-fi so much today.

Dennis Quaid has a band and I saw them in concert. I touched his hand! I found him way more attractive in person then onscreen. They were filming The Alamo at the time, so he had these big mutton chops, which I thought were really cool. I have a weird attraction to sideburns and goatees and stuff like that.

I never saw that movie, and I do my best to repress any images of it I've seen in order not to spoil my mental image of him. He's much more attractive without the long hair and prosthetics, imo.

Have either of you seen "The Big Easy"? Prime Dennis Quaid. But he's still attractive. (probably had some work done or at least Botox, but hey...)

From Amazon:
This is the movie that caused Premiere magazine's mythical columnist Libby Gelman-Waxner to occasionally break into convulsive shouts of "Dennis! Dennis! Dennis!"

LOL

I love that movie! Even if his accent made me wince sometimes. He was in town for a film promotion and threw out a pitch at a spring training game last year. He can't throw at all! Just proves that acting skills can only carry you so far.
I've always had a soft and panting spot for him.
