Two day old baby birds in my hanging Fern on the front porch. Unfortunately they are asleep. Now how do I water the Fern? Love Phillipa

They look warm and fuzzy and a little ugly, but CUTE! They have to "poof" up more. :-P
I wish I had little birdies to look at.
Have you seen the mother feeding her chicks?
Did you know there were eggs in your ferns? LOL...like finding Easter eggs?
What colour where the eggs?

Deneb we bought the Ferns on a Thursday I think and on Saturday morning the eggs were there beige in color. They are so small a lot of puffing up to do. Thanks for commenting. Love Phillipa

I have no idea how you can water your fern. I would just assume it's a gonner and get a new one instead.

Wow they are so cute in a funny sort of way. Do they make alot of noise? how many are there? Definately forget the fern!

Merri not sure but we think they are wrens. I think there are four maybe five. Took them down quickly and put them back quickly since the parents flew away swacking at us. ps they might not be wrens.Oh milly they are not even old enough to make noise yet.
