Good article.

I believe it. My mom had serious depression for years and years, shock treatments, the whole thing.

And I'm doing better than she ever did.

My daughter has also been treated, but as I got better, so did she and she's completely off meds and doing fine now.

It seems one of those things that intuitively rings true. But I suppose it's good to do the studies anyway, because intuitively true isn't always really true. :)

When I had my son, they were already doing a lot of education and screening for postpartum depression. I wonder if there's a way to continue that further along.

My grown kids are mentally and professionally doing well. I just try to not be depressed around them. Love Phillipa

I think I "learned" depression from my mom at an early age. Growing up with that was a big factor in my not having kids.

Yeah, I hear that. I could go on and on with this subject but I think I should just say that I agree with the study.

What about treat Parents Anxiety Problems, which my mom has severe panic attacks and cant cope.

I feel i have to be more indenpendent.

I take antianxiety medication because of the enviorment i live in.

What about this?
