I remember typewriters....ones with a big metal arm for each letter/number etc...electric, it made a lovely humming noise and slapped on a big glob of white when you wanted to erase/delete something
If you hit too many keys at once they'd all jam up together....

My typewriter wasn't even electric. My fingers are way strong - "upper body strength" hahaha!

yeah. things are okay and you are better than okay you are lovely :-)
i feel insecure a lot for 'no good reason' too... only there is good reason... just takes some time to move on sometimes :-(
