It's a huge bookshop. But not like any bookshop. They have comfy chairs scattered everywhere and actually encourage you to settle in and read while you're there. Sometimes I'll spend a whole day there reading and not buy anything.
And re the hiding... well I've never gotten on with people and have always hid in libraries. Sometimes I think I'm hiding from life (or lack of it) in there.

Yeah, I could spend all day with them. If I'm quiet while I'm hiking and come across some, they'll just carry on like I'm not there and I can watch them live their lives as long as I like. Others will come up to me like they're curious and it feels so magical. Like I'm in that disney drawing with the lady surrounded by all the animals. Is that Snow White? I can't remember.
Animals are my people. And people are my monsters. If that makes sense to anyone.
