I met w/ the lawyer today and have a very strong case. Looks like we will be going to trial within 4-8 weeks maybe. I recalled everything from 5 years ago that was on my original statement. It was exhausting but worth it. The only downer is that it appears my blood work was lost showing that i was drugged but even so, the case is still strong. He is charged w/ rape 1 which carries the longest sentence. I think I'm in shock. I have waited 5 long years....
