3:49

Yup! 3:49, and I'm watching re-runs of the Olympics already.
I think I've proved what it is that keeps me up at night. I had spoken to my sponsor earlier in the hight, and thought I was calmed down, but I guess I'm not. Took my meds, so I hope I'll get sleepy soon.
I'm sad. I have to kick my roommate's dog off of my bed. He was upset too, so he came in here, away from all of the noise. There is Kismet, the dog... 90 lbs of German Shepherd, and Alley... one of the 5 cats in the house on my bed right now. Alley sleeps with me, either beside the pillow, or next to my neck. Kismet sleeps wherever Kismet wants to sleep. Not usually with me though (sometimes on the floor).
Well, enough from me for now.

Blessings,
Dee

Animals can be so perceptive! If you need any proof that you're in an unhealthy environment, just look at the animals! They're scared and come to you to be comforted because you're not like the other people in the house. And you're not even their owner! He may even think he's protecting you. Poor Kismet. I understand why you have to kick him off the bed, he's big, but I hope you gave him a little scratch behind the ears or something first. :-)
