you know those noises that sometimes occur at night and freak you out so you can't think about anything other than them? Im fairly freaked out. I can't identify the sound but there is a noise that I keep hearing. Im just panicking, I know. Will someone please tell me its in my head?

It's very windy tonight, and hubby is not home.
Usually those noises, at least in my home, are sounds from the outside from wind or whatever, the dog snoring too softly for me to easily identify it, the house settling (it's old), the leaky faucet, or the furnace.
But when I'm alone, it's much much harder to tell what it is, and I get freaked out, too.
Odds are it's nothing.
Wanna come over and keep me company?

Because they will be calm until there's a reason to be concerned with the noises. Can you have one where you are?

: ( oh how I wish. I'd love a dog, a golden retriver or a lab. They do make you feel secure!
