Just, ugh, i dont like the way do things, the way i react, the way I percive things.

I'm clicking this post submit and then collapsing on floor.

you seem to have a lot of stress in your relationships, that must get really tiring
I think you're going to be OK Matt. I think you're great actually, and I wish good things for you, like therapy ;-)

matt, you ok hon? you're a very likeable person.:) please focus on that concept..on learning to like yourself..learn to get your peace..*inside*....i don't know if this helps....but i'm trying...you seem very sensitive and tend to perceive things negatively...you're all right, matt.....it's gonna be fine, kid....<smile>

When I was younger and my mind more active, I had this thing where I would hate something I thought, and then I'd hate that, hateing myself and hateing the hater and hating all that. (It probably wasn't helped by taking too much acid.) But it just went on and on, and now looking back, I'm surprised by all that emotional energy, albeit wasted but no surprise there.
