Didn't know for sure which board to post this to. But I just wanted to post something positive about myself for a change. My meds are working, I've lost weight, and I feel fantastic! It's a new me...energetic, happy, outgoing, sociable, talkative, optimistic. It's unbelievable.
Had a great visit with pdoc today because I was able to tell him things are finally looking up for me. He was happy for me, though he expressed some concern about mania (nah). He complimented me on new slim shape and congratulated me on reaching my goal.
I don't want this feeling to end.

No, pdoc didn't agree with T. Funny because last time I saw pdoc he lectured me on fast weight loss and yesterday complimented and congratulated me. T on Wednesday was more worried and came close to lecturing.
Thankfully no change in meds. Told pdoc if this continues, I'll stay on this combo (Depakote 500mg and Wellbutrin 225mg) the rest of my life.

Sonya, you'll be a skeleton. How tall are you and what's your wt now? Supposedly if you are 5ft tall l00lbs is okay. Then for each inch add five pounds. I used to be perfect in my wt 5ft 4inches and a half and weighted l26lbs. Now I'm close to l40 and it's all in my stomach. Fondly, Phillipa

Phillipa, I'm 5'7" and weigh 136. I don't think that's underweight. I feel comfortable with this weight.

Sonya that doesn't sound out of line. All I could picture was a skeleton. But no more wt loss okay? You've reached your goal. Now to maintain it eat a healthy diet. Fondly, Phillipa
