That's too funny. I wonder how it got dignity. Usually when it hasn't guessed what I'm thinking, it's been pretty close, but toe and dignity aren't close.
I've been playing on that website a lot. I get a kick out of it.

Another addiction ;) Since I read your post about this site I have been playin it for the last hour and a half. Another good distraction to keep my mind off my perceived misery.
Peace
kid> I like this website called 20Q.com. The automated intelligence "guesses" what you are thinking of by asking 20 questions, more or less. It starts by asking if what you're thinking of is animal, vegetable, mineral, other or unknown. It's guessed correctly a lot of times, and other times I'm glad I've outsmarted it!

I tried it. And I'm sorry to say I picked the first object I thought of, in a moment of Freudian silliness.
Well, it didn't guess my object correctly. And then it said afterwards that I'd given contradictory information. Apparently a penis is not fuzzy. Well, I guess that just depends, doesn't it? (Or maybe I clicked yes instead of no.)
It also told me...
"Things I didn't know: a penis is not a mammal."Everything seems surreal now...

That's funny. So now we know it is a G-rated website. I stumped it a couple times recently. Once with "imagination" and once with "jewelry box." Maybe I'll test the apparent G-rating and try "sex."

Okay, I tested the website to see if it would guess "sex." It came pretty darn close; it guessed "romance." Then it guessed "relationship."

It admonished me.
It said "Get your mind out of the gutter! I'm not really supposed to be discussing this, but I think that you were thinking about sex."
No kidding
It made me laugh, I think I may have blushed a little too

After my experience with the penis, I decided to go to the other extreme: my next object was a priest. During the course of the questions I was asked: ‘Do you wear it on your willy?’ I didn’t know where to look!
The game didn’t guess my object and afterwards, under ‘things the game didn’t know’ I got:
A priest does not bite
You cannot play with a priest
A priest cannot be used for protectionAfter all that I felt a bit uncomfortable and stuck with objects like broccoli…

I think that would make me a bit uncomfortable too, broccoli and the drawer in the kitchen, and such just sound a bit safer.

Cool, this game is very cool.
It guesses correctly almost always...even the thing I think of a lot, and it's not even an object!
Here is the answer I got:
Q20. You're in a dark mood. I am not allowed to talk about stuff like this, but, I am guessing that it has something to do with death?

Supposedly "20Q" is having trouble with the word "cucumber." Hmm. Interesting. Well, I'm always willing to help a friendly A/I learn ALL about veggies, so I did....errr..I mean, I used the word cucumber. It guessed it easily, but then it said, in part:
Uncommon Knowledge about a cucumber
Is it small? I say No.
Does it bring joy to people? I say Probably.Uh-huh, 20Q. Just what does an artificial intelligence *do* in it's spare time, anyway?
LMAO - 10der
PS - oh yeah, and when I tried the word "condom," it asked me, "does it have eyes?" what the-----??!!

On the subject of veggies, I tried broccoli on 20Q and one of the things I supposedly taught it was that people can control broccoli. Well, what would you do if you had uncontrollable broccoli?

Slicing it to put in your salad, right? ;-)

Uhhh...I'm trying not to. See my post to Gabbi.

Well, what would you do if you had uncontrollable broccoli?I think I'd....either 1) throw massive amounts of melted cheese at it to drown it, or 2) I'd simply get it back under control by eating it!
Are there too many possible double entendres in this whole thread...or is that just me?
Probably just me.

....silly "uncommon knowledge".....
It has deep and troubling issues to work out, methinks. For example:
Uncommon Knowledge about a piccolo
Is it fluffy? I say Probably.
Is it awake at night? I say Probably.
Can it discharge waste? I say Probably.
>>Okay then. Yes. I see.
Now what kind of musical instrument is this again? Fluffy, up at night and expelling *something?* (hey, Deneb, I didn't know Hammie was a piccolo!)Wait, I know! Maybe....the fluffy, insomniac piccolo, after its done discharging waste, of course, (!?) could play some tunes all night to soothe Tamar's uncontrollable broccoli!
