I realize I need a new mindset because I'm not doing a great job of "growing old gracefully". I absolutely hate the effects of aging...the paunchy midsection, gray hairs, facial hair, saggy boobs, wrinkles, crepey skin, age spots, etc., etc, etc. I'm pissed off about it, dammit! I want to know the secret of people who can handle this aging crap with grace.

I am 34. I had a hard time when I turned 30, but I am ok now. Although I am in my early 30's, I am experiencing menapause due to a complete hysterectemy. Look on the bright side. You are living long enough to experience age spots and the such.

That may be true but wait til your bones crunch when you move them and you are always tired. Fondly, Phillipa
