i found myself being upset with my husband's behaviour. (the behaviour that upset me is irrelevant). i remembered that i cannot control his behaviour. i remembered that i am the one that is in charge of my happiness. so i called up the day spa, and now i'm going for a day at the spa tomorrow. :)
suddenly i am less upset now that i remember how to take control. it's nice to know that i have learned something after struggling ...

I'm proud of you! I get very upset w/ my husband also. But I have also come to the realization that I can not control him or his actions. You must remember to think of those good times, if only a few when you are happy or "pleased" with him. For those are the reasons why you are together....for better or worse.
