That is a good chiller.
When i have panic attacks, there similar to the end scene to where she doesnt shut off the self destruct sequence, and runs like hell trying to get to the shuttle....... WITH her cat.
If you want to see a good description of a major panic that is very good demonstration.
What was you Alien movie?

You didn't do anything wrong.....
Remember, Matt, there are a LOT of threads/boards here and people are so busy sometimes IRL.....
It's not personal. They may need more than 2 hours to post, you know, from when you posted.
Hey...you can laugh at this...I was 20 in 1979...and I know you weren't even born yet! I'm getting up there...lol.
I saw "Alien"...but only once, it scared me so bad I had nightmares!! I should rent it now...maybe I could watch the scene you mentioned...I don't remember it very well...but I have to cover my face during other scenes still....chiller is RIGHT! That alien critter is so NASTY!!

Nothing like a slime drooling freak of nature to calm you down about your own fears and inadequacies.

The aliens in the "Alien" movies are very very scary to me! Aaahhh! I'm afraid of monsters!
When I want to be scared, I should rent it. Maybe I'll even drink some coffee to *really* stimulate the nerves! Hmmm...on second thought, maybe not yet, I'm not ready to be that afraid yet!

Thanks 10derhart, im maturing, so yea.....
Anyway, my favorite "IKKK" scene is when she is in the shuttle and all of a suddden its hand reachers out, it was hiding there. Whhoooo..... the first time i saw that, she got into that space suit to shoot it out of the airlock was like a countdown.
Oh and the 2nd Aliens when she got into the loader and knocked the hell out of the Queen Alien, rermber that.
Anyway.
Se you later
Matt

I'm not sure, but if not, Barnes and Noble has a section online where they will hook you up with others who are selling used and out of print books. Most are very cheap. eBay would be a good place to look, too.

Yikes!
I have seen ALL of the "Alien" movies including the "lovely" "Alien vs Predator". I have not yet figured out what it is in me that loves being scared to death by these very nasty creatures who kill just for the thrill of it. Actually if I remember correctly in both the "Alien" and "Predator" movies there are some really strong female characters, not the babbling, "ooh I'm scared please save me Mr. hero" that so many of the creature flicks have. Hmm did I just answer my own question? Well sort of....I just (for some reason) love Outer Space Critters I guess. I am also a HUGE fan of the old Outer Limits series and my favorite episodes were "Galaxy Being" and "Behold Eck". Ok enough from moi.
Nice to be back here again....anybody remember me?
Regards,
Pam (tooter)
