I like myself better ON meds. I'm not as emotional, and I'm not a recluse. I think more clearly. Sometimes I think that I should go off meds though. Am I really thinking more clearly because of the meds? Or the talk therapy? Probably both. Meds are just so expensive. I can't WAIT until school is over and I can get a full time job to pay for them.

Well I'm a lot more reasonable on them I'm sorry to say :-( but right now I could do with a little less sedation. I'd like not to be on them at all, but that's not really very realistic right now considering the levels of anxiety I get to. It sucks!!

I haven't been off medication in over 3 years and I don't want to go there again. It took me a long time to accept that my illness isn't something I'll get over, like an ear infection. It's chronic and cyclical. I am so grateful for the plethora of drugs that can be thrown at me... I'm on a good combination right now.
