Hi sleepygirl! Didn't go to San Diego :-( Just had family stuff, and didn't have internet access where I was staying. Anyway, how are you doing? Did the second week on the job go at least a bit better than the first? Hope so. Still waiting for those little "toots" on the Writing board, you know. Don't think I haven't noticed your *oversight* LOL.
Take care.
Tamara

Dear Tamara,
Nice to see you! I hope you had a good time and are doing well.
Do you know that cartoon "Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego"?, about a girl who goes traveling around the world. I didn't really think you went to California, just into some cyberspace void.
But as for your question, the second week went pretty well. I did not do any tooting yet, but I wrote a slightly more positive poem.
Well nice to hear from you. Take care.

Doing ok, thanks. I have never heard of the cartoon "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego". Time for me to crawl out from under my rock, and get with the program LOL. I'll have to check it out.
I'm glad you second week went pretty well. That is good news. Things can only get better from here on in. I saw your poem "Hope Floats" on Writing. It was very good, and optimistic. I like it. I hope you don't think I am being critical or anything. Just don't want to see you beating up on yourself all the time. I guess sometimes we have to, though, just to keep ourselves humble? I think I am learning to develop a good balance, where I give the self-inflicted bruises (figurative not literal) a chance to heal before I beat up on myself again. Seems to work . . . sometimes :-)
You take good care of you.
