I am so happy to be able to post again. This computer thing had me crazy. It was like being blocked. When they fixed it today they wiped out everything including my mail. So if any of you sent me a post directed to me please resubmit. I love you guys~! Fondly, Phillipa

All need heed your advice... 20 years ago we could back-up to a couple of 360k floppies and go home... Today may seem so much faster but the stuff we back-up is now mountainous!!! Please listen to willyee! Back-up, back-up, back-up! You can't get back what you can't restore! (...from your last back-up)
Listen to willyee about external hard drives for backup... They are getting smaller in size, and with massive storage, and for low bucks toooo... Its a fast and safe way to keep your stuff, and the software that runs it, from going away...
Also, 'Blue LASER' is just around the corner for 4 to 6 times CD-Rom storage (2.5 to 3.5 gig)... You can winzip a self-extractor, or 'ghost' your entire drive up to 10 gig, onto one CD-R in 'Blue LASER'...
Thanks willyee for pointing this stuff out...

PS: Noticed in your profile pics the 'Twin Towers' in the background... Sad memories...
This is the end of the thread.
