Rosa Parks

Posted by Fallen4MyT on January 31, 2005, at 18:43:44

Fifty years ago Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to give up her bus seat to a white person in Montgomery, Ala. This event led to a bus boycott that was the first mass protest of racial discrimination...she is a hero IMO...Many would rather hide then stick up for their beliefs....not me..As Dido would sing I will go down with this ship

hugs all

No. She's a hero.

I use her as an example when people say "You can't change the world"
