I am experiencing email problems and am not receiving external mail. If anyone has babble mailed me, I am not ignoring you, I just have not received it yet.
Ada and PC - just in case FYI too.

Thanks, saw. I had sent you an email last week. How are you doing, girl?

I think I am doing ok. I'm always scared to say it out too loud in case it backfires on me.
Problem with email sorted out and backlog of mail starting to filter through.
How about you? You sounded postive on another thread I was reading. All ok?

Bit of a see-saw right now. I crash most weekends after holding it together during the week. It's better, better, I keep telling myself. Started to cry yesterday because I'd made myself a huge "to do" list for the house and hadn't the motivation to start the smallest thing. Pushed myself through one task, then another. You get a couple of things done and it's not so bad. Still find myself feeling melancholy all the time. (You'll get my Pity Party email eventually.) It's a struggle, but one that I haul myself through.

I could have written that! My spare room is still one big pile of boxes after my move. When will I ever get to them! And I am typing after hours again and trying to go to gym and trying to keep up with my son in grade 2, and a husband who needs me and a linen cupboard that is a mess and dogs that have to be fed and floors to be swept and washing to do and pills to take and drinking to be done. OK enough I quit there!
As for chores, as of now I have decided to organize chores into catergories:
1. Things I won't or can't do now.
2. Things I won't or can't do later.
3. Things I will never do.I have to take the pressure of to-do lists from myself. I have to-do lists to do my to-do lists. Typical "GAD'ier".

The kind whatever that gave me my motivatation, concentration and focus back last week as kindly taken it back! Getting the bare minimum done at work. Takes gargantuan effort to stay focused on one task and then still get it finished.
I want my pillow!
