You have to turn your babblemail setting on.

Go to 'register' (there is a link near the top of the page) and reregister. Then you can turn Babblemail on. Then you just open up a post of the person you want to Babblemail and their name should appear at the top of the post as a blue link if they also have Babblemail on.

It will get sent to the email address they registered with. They won't see your email address and they can't reply. They can send you a Babblemail back though.

I re-registered and my babble mail is not on when I put it on. I was wondering where I would find the babble mail button?

If your name is underlined in blue when you look at a post of yours, then Babblemail is turned on. When you click on the name, you get the Babblemail dialogue box.
