Perhaps I missed a thread like this while I was on vacation (did anyone miss me??). Anyway, I have 2 resolutions:
1. Drink more DIET soda (Diet Coke with Lime is good)
2. Be nice to myself. Treat myself with the same respect I treat others. Don't be so hard on myself.
What are everyone else's Resolutions for 2005?

1. To take better care of myself - mentally, emotionally, physically.

I would like to place an order for a sock puppet. I am convinced that my present problems are due to being deprived of one thus far in my life.

Well, I wouldn't call it a resolution exactly. But I ran across some terrific dresses back from my size 8/10 days. I'm now an 18. They might be a bit out of style, but I don't think Karen Alexander ever goes completely out of style. I'll just take out the enormous shoulderpads. (I've got shoulders like a linebacker anyway.)
I did well today. I only ate 90 calories, and wasn't even particularly hungry. I suppose I could live off my fat for weeks. I should probably drink more though. I think I remember something about that from my old Biology teacher, whose favorite topic was diets.
If I remember correctly, I get really crabby around day 3 of a low carb diet. But if I can get past that, it should be clear sailing.

Missed you were....I have a few resolutions but no we did not have a thread I almost started one but didn't......Mine are to exercise more than 5 hours a week....and I have kept that even ill...to NOT buy anymore lotions or bath products till I use what I have up....I have semi not kept that as today I did buy a Origins Lavander scrub deal but I gave it to hubby and said if you buy it I didn't break my resolution..so I am semi safe...and to train my lab not to walk all over me....and just try to keep on taking care of me :) Btw, I talked my hubby into giving up real pop a year ago and he lost 20 plus pounds soooo it works :)
This is the end of the thread.
