I've been away so long and only here a few minutes at a time that I am lost.
I don't know what any of the threads are about, and I can't seem to catch up.
Where are the cliff notes?
Where is my mind tonight?
I can't seem to focus.
Will things ever get easy to deal with?
Why is there any reason to ever try to be anything?
Nothing is comfortable. Nothing is easy. Nothing is do-able.......anything else hurts too much.

Babble is a funny place. When you're lonely or scared and want someone to talk to, Babble can seem awfully slow. It seems like there are hardly any new responses when you refresh. But go away for a day or two and Babble can seem lightning fast. All those yellow unread posts can seem overwhelming.
Whenever I'm overwhelmed, I try to take a deep breath and break it down into it's smallest pieces. It isn't necessary to catch up. If something important to someone happened, they won't mind telling you again. When those yellow new flags are intimidating me, I just start small. Find a post of someone I know well, and on a topic I can easily comprehend and join in there.
Babble is still here and people who care about you are still here. Just focus on one of them and dive on in.

There are little yellow "new" signs next to the post that have sprouted since I was last here!
