For anyone who is hurting or feeling lost, here is my wish for you:
"I wish for you to know yourself
and be faithful to yourself. For if you do,
you will be able to fully love others.Be free to choose your course in life
without fearing the wrong decision.Reflect on what you have been taught,
and take time to listen to your heart.Never lose the ability to feel with open arms
all the passion and joy that life holds for
you.Give all you have
without looking for something in return.Reach out for that which you can attain
and not for that which is impossible.I wish for you
to be all you can,
for only then will you awaken to the person
you want to be.I wish for you warmth
when it is cold outside.I wish for you a star
when the night is dark.I wish for you courage
when the world is afraid.

I wish I could read that every day and somehow let it absorb into my heart.

AdaGrace,I am thinking of you, and hope you can find peace and happiness. But whatever you do, don't lose your wonderful sense of humor. I think a sense of humor can sustain us sometimes even in our darkest moments.
Take care and be good to yourself.

Your message made me cry, it seems today is the day for that.....It's not a sad cry, well at least not all the way sad. I'm just lonely. Miss everything and everyone. Thank you for saying what you did.

AdaGrace,
Oh my! It was not my intention to make you cry. I'm sorry. But, I guess crying can be therapeutic (perhaps it triggers feel good hormones by expelling the not so feel good hormones). Be strong AdaGrace. Hold tight to the belief that there will be brighter days in your future.
This is kind of corny, but I have this book that I was given years and years ago called "The Woman's Book of Courage". It is a book of stories and meditations, and I pick up every once in a while when things feel like they are starting to fall apart. Anyways, I thought I'd share a para from the book, and the related meditation:
We are one of a kind. Our indiviuality is a precious gift - a gift too sacred to be thrown away. It is our right, privilege, and responsibility to be ourselves today.
Today, I have the courage to be uniquely myself.
I give thanks for the gifts I, alone, have to share.
I accept the past, enjoy the present, and look forward to the future.
Take care.

It's not that you made me sad, I just sometimes don't expect people to be nice and kind, and that makes me cry sometimes.......it's a good thing. Really, it's just today, Sundays are really hard for me. Always are.
Thank You
