I've been battling with mental illness for thirty years. I have a wonderful psychiatrist, psychologist and medical doctor, but just about no friends I can really talk about my ilness to. I'm so lonely I eat all the time (it's also caused by the risperdal) Any ideas

I can relate. I've been like that since I was 12, and I'm now 26. Loneliness is like being slowly suffocated. Or starved. So I'm not surprised that you'd try to fill the emptiness with food. I wish I had an answer, but I'm looking for the answer myself. Support groups are a good start, I can tell you that.
