That lifted me also. Thanks.My cat is sleeping as usual..but it's given me some ideas.
When I'm miserable I mostly ignore her so she gets miserable.
I've got some valerian root oil so I think I'll try that first :-)

The cat videos were funny. There is also some hilarious stuff on that guy's homepage! I'm laughing so hard my eyes are watering.
