1. it has been partly cloudy here for many many supportive, compasionate days,. and i thank her.
2. today is the second day of the rest of my life(sober and alive)
3. i finished a polyhedral last night, and hung it up with fishing line in my kitchen.
4. the laundry fairy is back to work.
5. all the kids have new bikes..and helmets!
6. i am thinking of picking up a brush today..a paint brush..i have no use for the other kind for i cut off all my hair...
7. i look cool in my new hair cut!lol
8. i met the woman who lives across the street from me this morning(been here 5 years) she has a beautiful red headed baby.
9. beautiful red headed babies.
10. dry roasted sunflower seeds.

1. jyl is still putting up with me and I thank her.
2. Today is my 2nd wedding anniversary to my wonderful husband who has stuck with me through all the ups and downs I put us through.
3. I have a beautiful bunch of flowers that my kitty wants me to share with her.
4. She is so cute I probably will let her eat all the babies' breath.
5. My herb garden is thriving!
6. I see my T today.
7. I really want for nothing, materially.
8. I'm going to Orlando this weekend.
9. Babble makes me feel safe and happier.
10. I rode my bicycle on Sunday and I can still walk!Whew! That was a tough round.

1. my sore throat got me out of work today
2. my cat keeps sleeping on my hip
3. husband is working at home today
4. meeting a tiny new baby tonight
5. veggie garden ready for planting
6. deer in the backyard (this could be bad, though, once the veggies go in)
7. Tax refunds came
8. Gonna buy a memory foam mattress with the $$
9. AC at work is broken, but I'm not there!
10. Art therapy appt. on ThursThat was hard. I was stretching at the end. Thanks jyl for making me look for it.

Thanks for starting this. Here's my try:
1. My friend is proposing her dissertation to day, and she will do just awesome!
2. I'm working on my dissertation, finally!
3. My garden is looking lovely.
4. So far I'm not freaking out about the cicadas, even though they are here in droves, now.
5. The little boy next door is so cute! His laugh is a joy to hear.
6. One of my clients (with panic and agoraphobia) is doing awesome!
7. I don't have Nikki2's eyes, but mine are a pretty color.
8. Going to a party with my classmates Saturday. Haven't seen most of them this year as they are all in the a different specialty track.
9. Only three weeks left for my practicum placement.
10. Planted some foxglove last night, and didn't get "bugged" out by the bugs.Whew! That was hard. But a good thing to do.

1. My cat slept on my bed last night

3. My brother taught me how to "shade"

5. "My So-Called Life" is on tomorrow (its the Halloween episode)

it was your birthday, i would have said happy birthday sooner. happy birthday jyl! and happy birthday angela! i love birthdays because they celebrate the very special day a person is born. i hope you are celebrating (or were celebrating since i'm not entirely sure when your birthday is) by eating a whole lot of cake and ice cream. and everyone knows you don't gain weight from birthday cake!!!!!

10. i talked to my lovely sister today. when i told her some news, after saying 'oh god' quite a few times, she finally said she was very happy for me and wished me luck. and she sincerely meant it too (of course she advised me not to talk to my mother, but i knew that already) i talked to her for well over an hour and again was reminded of how very beautiful she is. i told her that she almost intimidates me as a mother, because when (maybe, will i?) i become a mother in the future i'm not sure i'll ever be as wonderful as she is. she assured me that if i choose to be a mother, i'll be wonderful.
9. i realized today that juice from a can (you know, the juice that you buy in a can and just shake, open and drink) has only 3% fruit juice! THREE PERCENT!!!! all this time, i thought i was doing something good for myself. i've been bamboozled! but, at least i have a chance to say bamboozle.
8. i'm still on my first pot of coffee today! now this is a huge accomplishment for me. i've only used the restroom 35 times today, compared to my normal 167 by 7 pm. now tomorrow, i'll have to drink 5 pots to make up for what i missed today, but i'll worry about that tomorrow.
7. my doggie didn't use my dining room as his personal restroom today. he did use the trash can as his own dining cart, but i can handle cleaning up trash much better than doggie doo.
6. ha ha ha.. back to the juice in a can. i always forget to shake it. i just watched my old man shake a can of juice and it exploded when he opened it. all over him. he looked very confused when it squirted all over him and said 'i only shook it four times and it says to shake it.' that was the second best part of my day today.
5. i saw a friend the other night. she brought her boyfriend over too. we had fun. i rode on my scooter (and didn't fall off, even though it was dark outside), then she rode on the scooter and almost fell off. of course i laughed. we ended up arguing about who had bigger breasts and she won the argument. but, she has cankles! and even the biggest breasts in the world won't cover cankles!
4. i pulled out my space ghost coast to coast tape that an old friend made for me. it's a music tape that an old college friend gave me long ago. here's one of my favorite songs.

Where ya going?3. i've noticed that many people my age are getting married. i'm very very VERY glad i'm not one of them :) (i could however stand to be engaged, to the right diamond of course. the man or woman is irrelevant)
2. i haven't gone over my cell phone minutes in quite a while. i've done this in the past, and i swear to you there is no way in the world to 'make it go away'. the man on the other end of the phone just can't make it happen, though i really think he tried to. actually, the last time my old man opened the bill, he let out an odd sound and said, 'oh my god! you actually didn't go over your minutes for once!'
1. i have been very happy lately. i have some very amazing people in my life who somehow seem to pick my spirits up with their lovely voices, beautiful words, and amazing insights. thank you everyone for being so wonderful. and thank you jyl for starting the 10 and pushing me to think of only 10 of the many, many wonderful things i have in my life.
