I have a super hard session scheduled with my therapist for this afternoon. I can't decide if I am more terrified or livid - neither are comfortable feelings for me.
Then tomorrow morning I see him again (did I really *ask* for 3 sessions a week??!?!)
I could use some hugs.

I just got back from a tough session.. so I know that feeling. I'm going to go hide in a nice hot bubbly bath now!
Oh, and do something that really makes you feel good.. I came home from mine via the book store and bought 3 books I really wanted!

I don't know what it is about hugs, but I really need them a lot.
A real live friend came over and walked my dogs with me. And she gives Really good hugs.
My session went surprisingly well. I feel better than I have in a week and a half. What a relief. I hope it lasts for a day or two at least.
