It's claustrophobic in my skull.
and I've got cystitis owtch the burning -celexa side effect so now need to find another anti-d.

pink grapefruit
mangoes
writing (at least 10 pages)
a long walk/jog/bike/swim/ski
drumming
painting
dancing

put the chaos on paper or in electrons
spoil yourself
find joy in the little things ...

i want a grapefruit now
