Is it the tapering tampering with my little brain?

Hmm well.. I went to see the sea, walked in green stuff watched fishermen/women fishing , ate lots of fruit , slept a lot , had one mad strange day when my friend threatened me with phoning a doctor--I was merely shouting at the trash on tv. Reduced a med then decided it wasn't a good idea--a voice in my head kept telling me to jump in the sea.
So it was ok but would of been more happified if I wasn't on the FINAL effexor discontinuation thing.
I brought you back a gift..I've left it in the substance board but i guess by now it's been swiped.
