Jeez, why can't my "highs" last longer than a few days. I'm on my way down to crappy again.
It pisses me off and makes me feel so defeated.
Ugh, I'm so sick of always having to fight.
It doesn't help that it's been in the low 40's celcius for the last 3 days and the A/C is broken at work. I don't have AC at home or in the car but now I have to sweat through work too.
Sigh
whinge over

((tina)) cycling is no fun, when it's heading down, but maybe it won't be as bad as you expect.
heat always gets me down, though I have fun with my monster fan that if you put it on high sounds like an airplane idling and nearly blows the pictures off the walls.
take some extra care of yourself. drink lots of icewater at work

Sorry, Tina. I hope the low doesn't stick around all that long either. And heat is enough to make anyone feel down. I hate the heat!!!!!!! My moods are always worse in the summer.
Here's hoping for a cool spell. (And try a mister. That spritz of water feels soooo good.)
