Hey everyone...sorry I disappeared without a word. I hit the 'spin' cycle **again** and was as usual, too scared and shocked to do anything. I let my medication refill lapse, and the stress of everything from doing income tax (which I was owed money too!) to even, hell, waking up and getting out of bed was just too much...oh gawd so TOO much. I know you all likely understand. I also didn't bother with the other board that I started..and feel like Mr. Big Time Loser. I was also very, very stressed and distressed about posting on here with all of the chaos about 'guidelines' on here. I hope everyone is well.

Hi Jay, good to see you back.. did you mention taxes? mine are still strewn all over my living room rug, unfinished.. I'm forcing about 5 minutes every few days.. I'll get there.
The spin cycle is disorienting, no wonder. ANd when you get stuck in the drier with a couple of sneakers, ouch! ouch! ouch!

we kind of panicked on the other board, we needed
your administration!
So in the meantime, we all kind of stopped using it.
Fayeroe and Beardy and I were trying to get the
RCMPs to find you, but we got sidetracked.

got your meds refilled? ... so you're back on them?
i'm pretty much lexapro my self .... what do you prefer/think/take/anything ..../ ...yellowdog is barking ... doesn't mean a lot.
